Constructed on an 8 acre site, this 15,000 square foot building is part of a larger campus which includes a vehicle and material storage warehouse, Central Office building and a Call Center facility.  This building features state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities.  The 11,000 square foot basement serves as a storm shelter and will house the future Central Office switch gear.  Light gage metal stud wall framing and steel roof trusses achieve a non-combustible building type classification.  Seventy four vertical geo-thermal wells help meet the heating and cooling needs of this energy efficient facility.  All first floor heat pump units are centrally located on the second floor mezzanine for ease of access for equipment maintenance.
